These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases, access to, and use of products and services provided by Peptora Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not access this website or purchase products.

1. AGE VERIFICATION (21+ REQUIREMENT)

By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are not purchasing on behalf of a minor or restricted individual.

We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Orders may be canceled without notice if age verification cannot be confirmed.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) DESIGNATION

All products sold by Peptora Peptides are:

  • Strictly designated FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO).
  • Not intended for human consumption.
  • Not intended for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use.
  • Not intended for veterinary use.
  • Not intended for administration to humans or animals under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you expressly agree that products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.

3. QUALIFIED PURCHASER REPRESENTATION

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized entity.
  • You understand the inherent risks associated with research chemicals.
  • You are knowledgeable regarding safe handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

You assume full responsibility for determining the legality of purchase and use in your jurisdiction.

4. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Peptora Peptides does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering errors
  • Project cancellation
  • Regulatory changes
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Improper selection

Due to safety, contamination, and chain-of-custody requirements, research chemicals cannot be returned.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

In the rare case of shipping damage:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Photographic evidence must be provided.
  • Products must not be used or altered.

Replacement, if any, is issued solely at our discretion. Monetary refunds will not be provided.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Handling
  • Transportation
  • Use
  • Disposal

Peptora Peptides shall not be responsible for misuse or unlawful application.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All products are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
  • We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

No oral or written information provided by the Company creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Peptora Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  • This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or regulatory penalties.
  • Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptora Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Administration to humans or animals
  • Personal injury, death, or property damage

This indemnification obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Does not entitle you to a refund.
  • May result in permanent account suspension.
  • May result in collection efforts and legal action where applicable.

You agree not to initiate fraudulent payment disputes.

11. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that:

  • Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
  • You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.
  • You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide proceedings.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Peptora Peptides regarding purchases and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

14. ACCEPTANCE & ENFORCEMENT

By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you:

  • Confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
  • Confirm products are for research use only.
  • Agree they will not be used for human or veterinary purposes.
  • Agree to the No Refunds / No Returns policy.
  • Accept full legal responsibility for compliance and use.
  • Agree that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract.

Failure to comply may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action where appropriate.
