What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory experiments to study biological processes. They are intended for research purposes only and not for human or animal consumption or clinical use.

Are your peptides intended for clinical or therapeutic use?

No — our peptides are provided solely for research use and are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes — when available, each product is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing purity, composition, and quality-control results.

What is the typical purity of your peptides?

Typical research-grade peptides are synthesized and verified at ≥99% purity; batch-specific purity, when available is provided on each product's COA.

How are your peptides synthesized?

Peptides are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), then purified. Final products are quality-checked by independent laboratories.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Cash App for secure and convenient research material purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission and all sales are final. Please verify your shipping address and order details before placing your order.

Are bulk discounts available?

Bulk pricing may be available for select products; contact our sales/support team to discuss volume discounts.

Minimum order threshold

Order Minimum:

  • Peptora, LLC requires a minimum order threshold of $40.00 to process research requests.

Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship orders?

All orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

No — we ship to the U.S. only; international orders are not available.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to monitor its progress through either the FedEx Tracking Portal or the USPS Tracking Tool.

What shipping carriers do you use?
  • Primary Carrier: We utilize FedEx 2Day® as our primary shipping method for all domestic orders to physical street addresses. Once processed, these orders typically arrive within 2 business days.
  • PO Box Deliveries: Because FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, all orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that transit times for PO Box deliveries may vary between 3 to 5 business days.
How do I report a shipping issue?

Email help@peptorapeptides.com with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue (lost, damaged, or stolen). If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and product.

What is your return policy?

At Peptora, LLC, we maintain the highest standards of chemical purity and safety. Because our products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, we must maintain a strict chain-of-custody to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of the scientific materials we provide.

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the strict safety requirements of laboratory environments, Peptora, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a product has left our controlled facility, its chemical integrity can no longer be guaranteed for future research, and therefore it cannot be returned to our inventory. This “All Sales Final” policy applies to change of mind, project cancellations, improper product selection, ordering errors, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, or changes in local regulations.

2. Shipping Damage and Quality Claims We stand behind the quality of our logistics and the safe delivery of your research materials. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or compromised, claims must be submitted via email to help@peptorapeptides.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the product in its original, unaltered state. Following a technical review, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the damaged items. To maintain our laboratory standards, monetary refunds will not be issued.

3. Compliance and Safety Standards By completing a purchase, the researcher acknowledges that they have verified their selection and understand the specific storage and handling requirements of the compounds ordered. Our strict no-return policy is a necessary safety protocol designed to protect the quality of the research materials we supply to the scientific community.

Are your peptides legal to purchase?

Products are sold for research use only. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Do I need a license to purchase your peptides?

A license is generally not required to purchase, but buyers must confirm the products are for research use only and not for human or animal use.

Storage & Handling

How should I store my peptides?

Store peptides in a cool, dry, dark place for best stability; lyophilized peptides are commonly kept at −20°C. Always follow any product-specific storage instructions.

What solvents should I use to dissolve peptides?

Solvent choice depends on the peptide’s sequence and solubility; common research solvents include sterile water, dilute acetic acid, or DMSO. Consult relevant literature and follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures when handling solvents.

How long do peptides remain stable?

Lyophilized peptides can remain stable for months to years when stored properly (commonly at −20°C in a dry environment). Reconstituted peptides have variable stability—use them promptly and minimize freeze–thaw cycles.
Reconstituted peptide stability varies by sequence, solvent, concentration, and storage conditions. Use reconstituted solutions promptly when possible; short-term refrigerated storage (2–8°C) is typically stable for days to a few weeks, while frozen storage (−20°C to −80°C) can extend stability to weeks or months. Minimize freeze–thaw cycles, aliquot when freezing, follow product-specific guidance/COA, and label with reconstitution date.

Can peptides degrade over time?

Yes — peptides can degrade over time from moisture, heat, light, oxidation, or repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Proper storage and careful handling help minimize degradation.
