General Information

How do I contact customer support?

Reach us through the Contact page or via the website’s live support when available.

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory experiments to study biological processes. They are intended for research purposes only and not for human or animal consumption or clinical use.

Are your peptides intended for clinical or therapeutic use?

No — our peptides are provided solely for research use and are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes — when available, each product is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing purity, composition, and quality-control results.

What is the typical purity of your peptides?

Typical research-grade peptides are synthesized and verified at ≥99% purity; batch-specific purity, when available is provided on each product's COA.

How are your peptides synthesized?

Peptides are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), then purified. Final products are quality-checked by an independent ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Any additional payment options available will be displayed at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission and all sales are final. Please verify your shipping address and order details before placing your order.

Are bulk discounts available?

Bulk pricing may be available for select products; contact our sales/support team to discuss volume discounts.

Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and carrier delays), with delivery generally taking 2–4 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

No — we ship to the U.S. only; international orders are not available.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and shipment updates.

What shipping carriers do you use?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and shipment updates—FedEx for street addresses, and USPS for PO boxes.

What is Routes Package Protection?

Routes Package Protection is an optional checkout add-on that covers qualifying delivery issues (lost, damaged, or stolen in transit) and must be selected at checkout — it cannot be added after an order is placed.

What happens if I don't select Routes shipping protection?

If Routes Package Protection is not selected at checkout, the customer assumes delivery risk once the carrier marks the package delivered. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.

How do I report a shipping issue?

Answer that with Email help@peptorapeptide.com with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue (lost, damaged, or stolen). If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and product.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final; due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Storage & Handling

How should I store my peptides?

Store peptides in a cool, dry, dark place for best stability; lyophilized peptides are commonly kept at −20°C. Always follow any product-specific storage instructions.

What solvents should I use to dissolve peptides?

Solvent choice depends on the peptide’s sequence and solubility; common research solvents include sterile water, dilute acetic acid, or DMSO. Consult relevant literature and follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures when handling solvents.

How long do peptides remain stable?

Lyophilized peptides can remain stable for months to years when stored properly (commonly at −20°C in a dry environment). Reconstituted peptides have variable stability—use them promptly and minimize freeze–thaw cycles.
Reconstituted peptide stability varies by sequence, solvent, concentration, and storage conditions. Use reconstituted solutions promptly when possible; short-term refrigerated storage (2–8°C) is typically stable for days to a few weeks, while frozen storage (−20°C to −80°C) can extend stability to weeks or months. Minimize freeze–thaw cycles, aliquot when freezing, follow product-specific guidance/COA, and label with reconstitution date.

Can peptides degrade over time?

Yes — peptides can degrade over time from moisture, heat, light, oxidation, or repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Proper storage and careful handling help minimize degradation.

Technical & Compliance

Are your peptides legal to purchase?

Products are sold for research use only. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Do I need a license to purchase your peptides?

A license is generally not required to purchase, but buyers must confirm the products are for research use only and not for human or animal use.
