Once a product has left our controlled facility, its chemical integrity can no longer be guaranteed for future research, and therefore it cannot be returned to our inventory. This “All Sales Final” policy applies to change of mind, project cancellations, improper product selection, ordering errors, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, or changes in local regulations.

2. Shipping Damage and Quality Claims In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact help@peptorapeptides.com within 24 hours. To maintain laboratory standards, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
