Shipping & Delivery

  • Primary Carrier: We utilize FedEx 2Day® as our primary shipping method for all domestic orders to physical street addresses. Once processed, these orders typically arrive within 2 business days.
  • PO Box Deliveries: Because FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, all orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that transit times for PO Box deliveries may vary between 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat rate shipping of $15.00 USD for all orders within the United States, regardless of the carrier used.
  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to monitor its progress through either the FedEx Tracking Portal or the USPS Tracking Tool.
